Time to Study

Hi friends!

My eyes are tired and my brain hurts.

I spent the last three days immersed in the National Ayurvedic Medical Association's annual conference. The focus this year was Evidenced Based Integrative Medicine. It was all presented on Zoom. It was phenomenal. So many incredible scientists, biologists, doctors and scholars talking about everything from epigenetics, cancer treatments, peri menopause, circadian rhythms, and Covid-19.There is so much to share with you, but since I am whooped and need to get off the computer, I will give you two quotes that stuck with me:

"We can't heal in the soil that made us sick" & "Our healing is connected to the healing of the world"

Every, single presenter emphasized that LIFESTYLE is the underlying key to staying well and getting well. This seems obvious, but we don't always know if what we're doing is in alignment with our constitution. We could be so used to operating in a specific way that it now seems normal and manageable when, in fact, living that way is actually working against us on a cellular level. This is why understanding our body, learning it's subtle signs of dis-ease and educating ourselves about diet and routine has the real potential to keep us well, support our recoveries and nurture our spirits.

Having even the most basic understanding of your body from an Ayurvedic perspective will help you find balance, no matter what you're going through.

I feel so lucky to have you as a solid audience to share this time-tested, ancient wisdom with. Your body is nothing less than a miracle and it has enormous capabilities, keep trusting it and honoring it's magnificence!

Have a wonderful week.

~Julie

P.S. Tell me what you'd like to know more about when it comes to your health?

If you have a moment to rate me on Google I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance!
